Our earrings are made to be lived with, beautifully and often. To help them last, follow these general guidelines:

  • While our earrings are crafted to be durable, they’ll appreciate a gentle touch.
  • Keep them in the recycled cotton bag while traveling in your suitcase
  • Just a heads up, our earrings don't vibe with water! To keep your earrings looking their best, always take them off before hitting the ocean, pool, or shower.

WE USE RECYCLED PAPER & NATURAL COTTON

I don't want any tree to be harm in the process ( that's why we use bamboo, it's a grass), so our packaging use recycled paper (tissue paper + cards). 

If you're shopping for someone else, the cotton bags add a nice finishing touch to the gift (and keep the earrings safe while traveling!)

We’ll move your order to the front of the line and ship as quickly as possible (usually same or next business day). You’ll receive a tracking email the moment it goes out.

Are they TRULY hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our earrings use titanium posts, a biocompatible metal that doctors even use for implants because it’s so safe for the body. That means no nickel, no irritation, and no mystery metals.

 

Our founder, Victoria, has extremely sensitive ears and spent years unable to wear earrings without pain. Relaia was born out of her search for a solution: featherlight bamboo designs paired with hypoallergenic titanium.

 

If your skin is as picky as hers, try us out. And if by rare chance your ears react, we’ll give you your money back.

Will bamboo earrings last? Are they fragile?

Bamboo is stronger than it looks! Our earrings are 3mm thick, featherlight yet sturdy. With a little care (just avoid swimming or showering in them), they’ll stay beautiful for years. Customers are often surprised by how durable they are.

What if they don’t work for me?

No worries! We want you to love your earrings. If they’re not quite right, you can return or exchange them for free within 30 days, simple, hassle-free, no hoops to jump through.

I started Wild Cloud, now Relaia, because I was tired of gift-giving feeling wasteful and full of plastic. I kept asking myself: what if a gift (especially jewelry) could restore instead of destroy? That question lit the spark.

Loving nature for as long as I can remember, I wanted to wear it close. I’ve always loved the look and feel of wood (and all natural textures for that matter), so I imagined jewelry that could carry more meaning, more care, more restoration. Every pair carries that belief.

Made from fast-growing bamboo, our earrings are feather light, safe for super sensitive ears (like mine, thank you titanium posts!), and built to last (cause I hate waste!). Each pair plants a tree, supports communities via our Trees for the Future partnership, and serves as a daily reminder that, yes your sustainable choices matter.
