Product & Purpose

  • They’re designed to celebrate your natural beauty and the planet. Each pair is made from FSC-certified bamboo, super lightweight, and finished with hypoallergenic titanium posts. They’re so comfortable you can wear them all day (yes even with super sensitive ears!). Our favorite part is that each pair directly supports reforestation, helping communities and ecosystems thrive.

  • Totally. We use fast-growing bamboo, ship without plastic, and give 5% of profits to nature conservation. Sustainability isn’t just a feature here, it’s the whole reason we exist.

  • We partner with Trees for the Future to plant trees in communities that are regenerating their land. So far, we’ve helped plant over 33,000 trees, and we're just getting started.

  • RE= Reforest - regenerate - restore and Gaia is Mother Earth. Our new name reflect what we're towards everyday : reforest Mother Earth one pair at a time. Small, beautiful choices can grow into big impact.

Materials & Comfort

  • Yes! Titanium is one of the most skin-friendly metals out there. It's nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and gentle enough for daily wear, even if other earrings have bothered you before.

  • Not at all. They're super lightweight but made with strong, 3mm-thick bamboo. Most people forget they’re even wearing them until someone compliments them.

  • They do! Just keep them dry and treat them like your favorite piece of jewelry. No swimming or showering with them on, but they’ll handle a little rain or sweat just fine.

  • We take great pride in the quality of our earrings. They’re made to last and meant to follow you through every season. If one or both of your earrings broke, please email us at support@wild-cloud.com with a quick photo and your order number, if you have one. We’ll make it right and send you a replacement pair at no cost.

  • Definitely. All orders come ready to gift, with beautiful packaging and no plastic. You can also leave a note at checkout for a handwritten message.

  • Yes! Buy 3 or more pairs and get 15% off. Buy 5 and you’ll get a free mystery pair. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

  • Every pair is designed, assembled, and packed with love in California.

  • We usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your order heads out.

  • Each pair of Relaia earrings is designed and handmade in Riverside, California by a small, planet-loving team who believes beauty should do good. We cut, sand, and assemble every piece with care, using sustainable bamboo and hypoallergenic titanium.

    Every design begins with nature, its shapes, colors, and serenity, and is crafted to reflect that same ease in your everyday life. When you wear Relaia, you’re not just supporting a local maker, you’re joining a movement of people who care about how things are made, who makes them, and what impact they leave behind.

  • It’s okay! You have 30 days to return or exchange your unworn earrings. Just email us and we’ll take care of it, no weird hoops to jump through.
